Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Savannahs Dance Collective. By enrolling in our dance classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of our programs.

1. Payment and Enrolment

  • All class bookings are subject to payment in full. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Paid spaces are given priority. If the class is full, your name will be placed on a waiting list until space becomes available.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Payments will be refunded if a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, vacations).
  • If a class is cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Savannahs Dance Collective will offer a make-up session or a refund.
  • Savannahs Dance Collective reserves the right to change class schedules, teachers, or locations if necessary. In the event of this, participants will be notified at the earliest convenience by email or text. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct contact details.
  • Cancellation policy - We require one month's written notice for cancellation of subscription with one final full fee payment for that last month.

3. Class Attendance

  • If your child cannot attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible. We do not offer make-up classes for missed sessions.
  • Savannahs Dance Collective reserves the right to remove any participant from the class or program if they repeatedly miss classes without prior notification.

4. Liability:

  • Savannahs Dance Collective and its staff are not responsible for any loss, injury, or accident that may occur during the class.

5. Behavioural Expectations:

  • We expect all participants to behave respectfully and follow the rules of the class. Any participant who is found bullying, misbehaving, or disrupting the class may be removed from the program without refund.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a student’s participation in any class due to repeated disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

6. Health and Safety

  • You must declare all medical conditions during the registration process. Should any medical condition change, it is your responsibility to keep us updated by emailing or calling us at 07814056998 or savannahsdancecollective@gmail.com.
  • If your child is unwell or has been ill in the last 48 hours, please refrain from attending class.

7. Photography Consent:

  • You must declare, at the time of registration, if you do not wish for your child to be photographed for marketing purposes. If this preference changes, please notify us via the provided contact details.

8. Communication

  • All communication related to the classes, including schedule changes, cancellations, or updates, will be sent via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct contact details.

9. Booking Confirmation:

  • Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

10. Missed Sessions:

  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Savannahs Dance Collective reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
