Our Senior Ballet & Lyrical class is the natural next step for dancers progressing from our Junior Ballet & Lyrical class, helping students continue to develop their technique, strength, confidence and performance skills.

Ballet provides the strong technical foundation of the class, with a focus on posture, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility, control and classical technique. Lyrical builds on these skills by encouraging musicality, expression, emotion and storytelling through movement.

As dancers progress, they will be challenged to develop greater control, movement quality and performance ability while continuing to build the technical foundations needed for future progression.

Perfect for:

Dancers who enjoy expressive and emotional styles
